Michael, your objective of a specific monthly payment with a small down payment wasn’t possible and I saw where we told you that several times. We gave a sincere invitation to come in and work out the details in person to no avail. The vehicle you were initially interested in sold quickly which is, of course, typical with less expensive used cars. I’m not sure where your reference to being treated like a joke came from. The sales person you were working with is one of the most professional and customer centric that we’ve had on staff for years. I wish we’d been able to work things out and we’re here for you if you changed your mind and want to work a car deal.

My experience was obviously different than what you've explained. And thats fine as well. I appreciate your response but agree to disagree. Hard to tell someone that the way they feel is incorrect.
