Shaun responded quickly to all E-mails and phone calls. I wanted a CD player installed in the truck I was going to buy. Shaun went out of his way to find a player. Shaun (our first contact) went out of his way to make sure we had all relevant information as well as patiently explained our options and available ways of getting a new truck. Through 6 or 7 e-mails, and 3 phone calls, he let us know exactly his inventory, and was willing to work with us on pricing as well as some adds we wanted to make to our truck. It is unusual in this day and age to find such customer service..most dealers mouth the words, but Mtn View Ford, and Shaun deliver the goods! We had visited 9 other dealers, and I personally talked to 11 others, and Shaun made this OUR choice of places to come get a new truck. More

I have discovered that this is true. No one in all of Ford can tell you right now how to get integral roof racks on a new 2009 F-150. Try it. I contacted some people at Ford central and they didn't know, or at least, couldn't tell me what would work. However, Shaun Kesler at Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga did the research and is providing me exactly what I requested: integral roof racks on my new F-150. MVFord has a local company they work with to help you accessorize your new Ford to give you all the custom functionality and luxury you need and want. As I said before, these guys are the real deal. And speaking of deals, you will not find a better deal on your new Ford anywhere. Just call Shaun Kesler and you will find out. Shaun also helped me find an amazing rear hard shell cover that retracts and locks into whatever position you desire, keeping what you have in the bed protected, or partially or totally exposed, as you wish. Shaun is having MVFord's associated customizing accessory company install it for me for an excellent price. Call these guys for an excellent deal that gives you everything you want. While that may sound impressive enough, you should know that we live in Cashiers, NC. MV Ford is in Chattanooga, TN. We drove about 160 miles to deal with them because their numbers and friendliness and willingness to work with us was so much better than any other dealer in WNC. We experienced pleasant, efficient transactions, with none of the typical "let me ask the manager" hocus pocus that many dealerships work on you. Instead, they work on themselves for you and make sure that they are the low price leader and that they know more about the vehicles they sell so that they can explain the features to you and take care of you in a timely manner. Shaun Kesler also helped arrange for us several nice after-market add-ons that are cutting-edge. I was constantly impressed with Shaun's willingness to answer my questions, no matter how many or about what, and to help satisfy me that I have the very best deal for the best features I want. These guys are the real deal. No high-pressure anything. Just nice people who want you to be happy with the right vehicle for you, to keep you coming back, year after year, and referring other customers. Also, I would like to mention that Ford is the only American major vehicle manufacturer that did Not accept any of the US Government's bail out money. While I actually like GM and respect Chrysler, it seems that Ford has done a better job of financial planning and business forecasting than the others. I really don't like the idea of part of my taxes going to give a free assist to the companies whom I pay so handsomely for a new vehicle these days. If you want to help the American economy, I believe you should buy Ford, especially if they have a better vehicle, as I have determined, along with higher incentives, resulting in more affordable deals. Don, my first contact, per internet follow-up, was excellent, as was Rodney at the dealership.
