A Series of Unfortunate Events.. ******Buyer Beware******* I used the USAA car buying App to purchase a vehicle from Mt. Ephriam Dodge in November. My previous car was totaled and af ******Buyer Beware******* I used the USAA car buying App to purchase a vehicle from Mt. Ephriam Dodge in November. My previous car was totaled and after the insurance company and I agreed on a settlement they gave me 1 week with the rental they had issued. I have a hectic work Schedule and on the last day of me having the rental I went To Mt. Ephriam Dodge to test drive a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit. I liked the car and the price was reasonable. The Sales Guy was friendly we came to an agreement I signed the papers and Left with the Car. As I said I work a hectic schedule and Ed H. Worked with me as I could not make it back into the dealership to finalize the deal until weeks later. In While discussing particulars, the Sales Manager Dick Clark happened to be walking by and boasted on how the air suspension had just been serviced and it had cost him a pretty penny. Upon the Time closing I was asked did I want gap insurance or The Warranty. I replied I have Gap on my USAA insurance policy so I wanted the warranty. He leaves and shortly comes back and says It was mandatory that I get the Gap insurance. I could not afford the payment with the warranty and Gap. We close the deal and I leave with the car. The First time I brought the car Back was for A rough Idle loud noise at highway speeds and the left front tire would not keep air(to this day it still doesnt), The second time was Again for the left front tire and the the Service Air Suspension Immediately Waring came on the display and the front of the jeep had Dropped. I changed the J01 fuse to no avail and took it on for service. They had to send it to Cherry Hill Dodge seeing as they had serviced the air suspension previously on October 18th. They had my Car for about 4-5 days. Then Mt Ephriam Dodge called me and told me it was just a blown Fuse. I told them I had just changed the fuse so there must be another problem. They said they checked the lines and the current was running high. ?? I get my car back and have it for 3 weeks before the Service Air ride Suspension Immediately warning flashes again and the Tire is constantly losing air. I call Mt Ephriam Dodge. At first They say theres nothing we can do its beyond 30 days. Then I get a call from Mt Ephriam telling me to take the car to Cherry Hill Dodge Again and They would take care of the Diagnostic fee. I get the car towed there and a whole week passes before I hear anything from them. They said they filled the system with nitrogen and let it sit all weekend unmonitored to come in on Monday and discover all nitrogen had leaked out. They would get back to me about pricing. 4 days later I call and talk to Cherry Hill dodge again to be informed that the repairs would either be about 1500 if the leak was just the line, or 6000+ if the leak was in the two front Air springs! They informed me they Spoke with Mt Ephriam Dodge and the said they would not pay for it. I talked to The service manager Jim Burns who even said that pricing Didn't sound Right. After speaking with a Certified Jeep tech he was Bewildered at the Questionable processes and Methods I have been subjected to. I feel I was given a car with a pre existing condition that was band aided and passed on to me. Dealing with Mt. Ephriam quickly went from jubilation to aggravation. I will be escalating this wwith USAA and ththe New Jersey state attorney until I recieve proper treatment and a proper car. At this time I would not reccomend You spend your time or Hard earned Money At either Mt. Ephriam Dodge or Cherry Hill Dodge. And Ed I hope you enjoyed the Beers. Ends up they're gonna cost me between 1575 and 6235 and a major headache.... More

I always wait for my vehicle whether it's my Dodge Dakota Truck or the Dodge Dart, the waiting area is comfortable, there's always coffee available,TV, and if you are hungry Snack and Soda Machines.When the vehicle is completed, they come in and give you it's location and information for payment. 8000 Mile Service-2016 ScatPack Charger I was able to get off of work a little early, and knew that I wanted to get some maintenance done on my car. Usually calling a dealer service departm I was able to get off of work a little early, and knew that I wanted to get some maintenance done on my car. Usually calling a dealer service department is an appointment a week or so in the future. Joe picked up my call, I explained that I was close by, and asked if he could arrange an appointment. He was able to accomodate me then. It was at night also! He also advised me that there was a flash due for the PCM in my vehicle that they would be taking care of. reccomend anyone especially with a late model hemi to go see them for service. Bill in parts area has always helped me find what I have needed and he now stocks SRT oil filters for the GEN III hemi. Alex, Steve, and the rest of the sales staff also greeted me as I enetered the showroom. Thanks for a great experience More
