Had my Dodge Ram 2500 serviced there since I purchased it from Mt Ephraim. Service has been a pleasant experience with good work so far! Making an appointment is easy with there online site and they do keep track in there records and will remind you when you are usually due for service! Honestly very disappointed with my experience. Did not like that my car was taken to a different mechanic to work on my car. The original problem with my car is still not fixed and and they had my car for like that my car was taken to a different mechanic to work on my car. Brought my Jeep in for an airbag light that wouldn’t go out, they were able to fix it. Service was fast and great, but somewhere in the repair the struck something and scratched my side rear panel and bump out, they were able to fix it. Over priced parts, but service personal were great. I would recommend this dealer for service, but I must add that the parts department over charges for their parts. A quick check at Mopar parts online found they over charged for a serpentine belt by 50% over LIST price. The belt has a list price of $43. yet I was charged $69. I complained, but it fell on deaf ears from the parts department personnel. I will say that the service adviser was friendly and helpful, but he cannot change what the parts department does. That means a loss of sales because I am not likely to take our car in for any service that would require parts. In essence, they have lost a customer. Maybe someone from the McErlean family should ask why the parts department over charges their customers ? More
