Although a 15 point check was included with my service I received absolutely no information about it. They rotated my tires and offered absolutely no information about tire condition. I originally brought a 2020 Dudge Durango from Mt Emphraim. I had no problems with that truck for three years. I went to get an oil change and was talked into trading it in fir a newer model. I purch Emphraim. I had no problems with that truck for three years. I went to get an oil change and was talked into trading it in fir a newer model. I purchased a 2023 Dodge Durango. Haven't had it a year, it stared leaking coolant. I took it to the service department. This was on Feb. 2, 2024, when they said the work was completed I saw that it was still leaking coolant under the car. The representative tried to tell me it wasn't leaking," it was water from driving through a puddle'. I told him that watercwas not pink! As I drove back to Philadelphia the truck began to overheat heat again. I took the truck right back to the dealer. I had someone pick us up from the dealer. I asked about a loner to have while my brand new car was being serviced. It didn't have 10,000 miles as of yet. I had to rent a car, which was a hardship. I talked with the manager if the service department. He gave me the number to the Chrysler Dodge company to get the rental reimbursement. The case manager told me that I would be able to recover the $600. It wasn't all but it most of the cost. Somehow that person canceled it. They never told me that all corresponding would be done over emails. I was told that my truck would be completed on Monday, Feb. 12, 2924 but it wasn't done. I had to take the rental back that same day. Mt Emphraim finally set me up for a rental that day. My truck was picked up on Feb. 14,2024. I filled out the paper work to get the almost $700 in rental car cost reimbursed. On Friday, April 5, 2024 I git the email that they were only reimbursing me $158.00. I feel like I was misled, not heard by anyone at the dealer. When I picked up my truck the keys were at the cashier. No one ever told me what was done to my truck. I am very disappointed about this entire situation. It makes me nervous about this truck from this point. My confidence and trust in this truck, dealership/ service department is at an all time low More
