My salesperson Brian was very pleasant to deal with. His sales manager on the other hand I was perturbed with. He did Shady business practices. I was disappointed when the service advisor told me I needed my throttle cleaned and I had it cleaned the month before, by the same Chrysler garage. I told him that I had it done by them, and he looked i needed my throttle cleaned and I had it cleaned the month before, by the same Chrysler garage. I told him that I had it done by them, and he looked it up on the computer and verified it had been cleaned, but said it was still dirty. Then he told me I needed spark plugs and several other things but I didn’t want to continue service with a garage I can’t trust. I have had Chrysler cars for many years and always had service done in Chrysler dealer garages. And I have always been pleased with their service. The garage I was dealing with is Mt.
