Took my car for repair as it was sold to me with a messed up axle and it is even worse than before I dropped it off. They had my car for 20 days...awful experience. Mt. Ephraim Dodge lost me as a customer. They worked on my transmission of my 2016 truck twice. The last time they said I would need a rebuild or new trans. The rebuild was going to be over $5k and would h my transmission of my 2016 truck twice. The last time they said I would need a rebuild or new trans. The rebuild was going to be over $5k and would have a 3yr warranty. The manager suggested calling corporate and open a case. Corporate okayed the repair. Life was good for 3 months. I was told that the part that failed was not one that they had replaced. The rebuild trans was now over $8k and that price was with a $1500 credit for the previous work. More
