First & foremost. Nate Hale is a nice guy. Great service writer. That was a good experience. The rest of my experience was not good as usual. I have extreme backlash & noise in my rear differential. Everyone that rides in my truck hears it & feels it. The service manager doesn’t. So I have to search & find a Ram dealership with a master tech that knows Ram trucks that will adjust & get the excessive play in my rear out. Thanks for wasting my time Mt. Ephraim Dodge. Never again. I said it before but this time I mean it. I’ve had 2 very bad experiences before & I swore I’d never go back. But I hoped that just maybe the service department there maybe got better.
