brought my vehicle in for an issue, was told it was a $30 part which cost me almost $500 to install. 2 days later had the same issue. Brought it back a 2nd time was told it was a different part ($118), but w part which cost me almost $500 to install. 2 days later had the same issue. Brought it back a 2nd time was told it was a different part ($118), but would waive the labor. I was told that it was done. When I picked up the vehicle, it still was not working. Not sure how the mechanic thought it was fixed. I was told to bring it back a 3rd time. After further investigation I was told it was a different part that was causing the issue and it would cost me $1550 to fix. Which of course I declined. If the technician would have diagnosed the issue correctly the first time, I still would have declined the work, but I would only be out the diagnostic fee of $135. At this point I spent $600 and the problem isn't resolved. I believe that the right thing to do is reimburse me for everything except the diagnostic fee.. More

Made the appointment and requested Mobile One. Called and confirmed the appointment and advised I wanted Mobile One. Get to the appointment and was told the only synthetic oil is Pennzoil. I broke down on the NJT in the evening and was stuck a long way from home. The car was towed to your dealership the following morning. Your service representative contact me about the warranty to fix the car. He called back with the diagnoses of the vehicle problem and also told me he secured a four day car rental for me as well. This solved a lot of problems with the rental car return and picking up of my vehicle. The car was fixed very fast and the service rep. did a great job communicating with me through out the whole repair process. I was a long way from home and your dealership made this situation a pain free as possible. I also talked with the service rep. when I returned and told him also how helpful he was to me.
