Paid premium price for dealership to install trailer hitch on Durango RT, more in labor than parts. Expected top-level of service for what I paid from certified techs using OEM parts. Work took over 2x longer than estimated, and when vehicle picked up the hitch cover was scratched up and rear numper has a coin sized chunk taken out. Dealership didn't note the damage at all. I contacted service dept, got no response, and after second call I got a message dealer is still waiting for replacement parts to fix. We are almost at 2 week mark and I still don't have new communication on when they are going to be ready to make this right. More
