Mt. Ephraim Dodge service would not honor a Mopar oil change/tire rotation service contract purchased from another dealership. I overheard the head service manager telling one of his mechanics to “make change/tire rotation service contract purchased from another dealership. I overheard the head service manager telling one of his mechanics to “make him some money today”. I understand it is important to make a profit, but I feel they don’t have the best interest of their loyal customers. Unfortunately I will not use Mt. Ephraim Dodge for service again. More
