This was my 1st time visiting this Chrysler Dealership in Mt Ephraim. I had a wonderful experience with my service technician. I can't begin to explain the reasons I dislike this dealer. Let's begin with what MSRP stands for, manufacturers suggested retail price. The service manager told me the reason they charge more than MSRP on parts is because they use a manufacturers suggested price. I was flabbergasted! Let's move to the body shop. I was asking the manager for an appointment for 7 weeks. Yes, nearly 2 months before I got one. Then I got a call the day before and he canceled it for the following week. Can you guess what happened that week too? Seriously, I loathe this dealer and wouldn't recommend them if you were an enemy. More
