This was my 1st time visiting this Chrysler Dealership in Mt Ephraim. I had a wonderful experience with my service technician. I can't begin to explain the reasons I dislike this dealer. Let's begin with what MSRP stands for, manufacturers suggested retail price. I was asking the manager for an appointment for 7 weeks. Yes, nearly 2 months before I got one. Then I got a call the day before and he canceled it for the following week. Can you guess what happened that week too? Seriously, I loathe this dealer and wouldn't recommend them if you were an enemy. More
