Paid premium price for dealership to install trailer hitch on Durango RT, more in labor than parts. Expected top-level of service for what I paid from certified techs using OEM parts. Went along with whatever dealer said needed to be done out of trust. Work took over 2x longer than estimated, and when vehicle picked up the hitch cover was scratched up and rear numper has a coin sized chunk taken out. Dealership didn't note the damage at all. I contacted service dept, got no response, and after second call I got a message dealer is still waiting for replacement parts to fix. We are almost at 2 week mark and I still don't have new communication on when they are going to be ready to make this right. More

I scheduled a 90000 miles check up. Requested air filter be change, tires checked and rotated, oil change and mulitipoint check. I was ok with the $202 charge. I picked up vehicle only thing done was multipoint check and oil change. I’m glad it was only $74 but I requested other services be completed that were not. Now to schedule another appointment to get these done is a nuisance. More
