I have a brake issue and I needed it fixed. I was 92 miles away from home with a commercial load on. They said they would fit me in and used genuine Dodge parts. Price for repairs is outrageous! ! You can go online and price out the parts that were replace and you can see for yourself that yor were ripped off. Service guy told me I needed a n ! Went online and I could get the exact same rim new for $400 - $500. I understand that there are labor cost involved but Serious!! When I told them I couldnt afford a new Rim the Service guy DIDN'T say "Oh its very unsafe for you to drive the Truck with the original rim I had on it!" NO he didnt! I got home and check the Rim and guess what? I dont need a new rim! Even with out the new rim they got me for $1600. which is shameful!! Giving them a 3 star is being Generous. Of course they were nice as they rip you off! More

This has been my only bad review on the dealership since I had to return my vehicle back with the same noise initially was taking in for. and the front engine compartment the throttle body housing and afte I had to return my vehicle back with the same noise initially was taking in for. and the front engine compartment the throttle body housing and aftermarket filter was taking loose and left that way. This after was told the work on a leaky radiator was done no signs of such work was present ???? oil was all over engine after oil change was completed seems unfair to service department since the staff at desk were all great and polite and willing to get it right . I still have not gotten my vehicle back due to a warranty hold up. none the less been with out a car since 3/30/2023 till ?? and out of $$$1200 More

I accidentally caused a problem with my 2014 Ram 1500 and had to have it towed to Mt. Ephriam Chrysler Dodge. The problem was fixed and was told that during the computer check, it showed some sensor problems had to have it towed to Mt. Ephriam Chrysler Dodge. The problem was fixed and was told that during the computer check, it showed some sensor problems with my 4 wheel drive and would probably take 2 more hours of labor to fix it. After a few minutes, I received a call and was told that the problem was minor and repaired and it didn't need the extra 2 hours of labor. Most repair shops wouldn't have told the consumer that information and would've charged me the extra 2 hours anyway. So I very much appreciate the honesty of the service dept and technicians for an honest accessment and repairing my vehicle at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Mt. Ephriam Chrysler Dodge Service Department for any repairs needed. Thank You More
