I am very displeased with this dealership. As I was driving home from picking my car up I noticed how filthy my steering wheel felt. When I got home and wiped it off the wipe was black. Clearly gloves were not worn in my car while being serviced. I also noticed something was spilled down my diver side seat. It appears to be hit chocolate or coffee, neither of which I drink. When I called the dealership to inform them of these issues, Nate, told me he would speak with the technician and that he was unsure how this could have happened since the technician only drinks Red Bull…Nate said he would call me back but never did. He instead text me the next morning from his personal cell phone, weird. He told me he would get back to me but hours went by and I never heard from him. When I called I was told he was out on a road test and he would call me back. He didn’t. Someone else called and said he was still waiting for an answer from detailing on when they could fit me in. This went on all day. Nate finally told me he would personally clean my car and was waiting for his family member to bring him something from home so he could clean my car, weird. My husband and I were not comfortable with that. We told Nate we preferred the detailing department clean the car. Nate told me it would be 1-2 weeks before detailing could fit me in. I find that to be terrible customer service. Nate also insinuated that I spilled something in my car and not them when he told me a second time the technician only drinks Red Bull (irrelevant) and that he doesn’t have a camera in my car to prove they actually did it. Again horrible customer service. I can assure you I am not the type of person to spill something in my $40,000 car and leave it there. Let alone leave it there until the opportunity arises where I can blame it on someone else. I mentioned this survey to Nate and magically ten minutes later detailing was able to fit me in that day. At that point I was too uncomfortable to even bring my car back there. I found my interaction with Nate to be bizarre and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this dealership. And my car is still dirty, by the way. Hopefully someone reading this review can make it right. More
After a few visits to service a check engine light and trying a different methods to fix the problem finally the light is not show off again. Was two related codes. I’m not one to complain. I had an oil change and tire rotation. I’m highly disappointed in the quality of oil the change. Oil was everywhere dripping from underneath my vehic I had an oil change and tire rotation. I’m highly disappointed in the quality of oil the change. Oil was everywhere dripping from underneath my vehicle. Oil filter and drain plug was loose and covered in oil . I have always done my own oil changes and repairs . Dad is a retired mechanic and I used to work for Holman ford doing oil changes and maintenance. But without a lift it’s a little hard to do the tire rotation so I take to the experts I thought. I’ve gotten better service from jiffy lube . I did not expect for 118.00. to crawl under my truck to check the shocks that was recommended for replacement and see oil everywhere. The rear shocks were recommended replacing for oil leaking and I was not able to see any oil and 800.00 for manifold bolt repair. I’ve had the same repair done under warranty. How do I know that they were not broke by your techs last time it was in . At this point I’m not sure I can trust what is being done at your location. More
My service was wonderful, the service team were great as usual. I also like the fact that I can see my vehicle and pretty much watch what's going on.
