Beyond upset ! Lack of communication ! Dropped my car off at 4:30 Wednesday night for an appointment at 9am on Thursday (a week after I was told my original appoint Lack of communication ! Dropped my car off at 4:30 Wednesday night for an appointment at 9am on Thursday (a week after I was told my original appointment was). I was told it was a 4hr job. Spoke with John at 2:30 Thursday was told give it till 4 or 5 pm. Called back at 5:30, spoke with a lady in another department who said everyone was gone, my car was just completed but no one could close it so I couldn’t pick it up Thursday. John & Nate knew I was leaving Thursday to see my dying father in Maine but now I Couldn’t leave till Friday afternoon. No phone call back from John Thursday AT ALL after he said it would be completed Thursday. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED ! Also was given Nate (service manager) # from Pat the week prior because I was told by John my original appointment was July 27th, somehow that got messed up. So I texted Nate to confirm if there was any cancellations prior to the 3rd to please let me know. ABSOLUTELY no reply back from him ! Now my dying dad who was a Class A Dodge Mechanic for most of his life (after being upset telling him everything that happened) was completely shocked that Dodge would allow this and even more shocked about how LONG it took the mechanic to replace my AC Compressor ! I hope things at this dealership take a drastic change because if it doesn’t that business side will not do good. More

Service was acceptable the attention to detail not great. Oil hand prints in my door and drips of oil running down the front grill. I wish 0 stars was an option. I came in because I had gotten a call stating that the diagnosis for my car was a bad transfer case. The person I spoke with on the phone told me th I came in because I had gotten a call stating that the diagnosis for my car was a bad transfer case. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that I ‘must have spilled something in the car that got on to the transfer case’, He repeatedly stated to me that it must have been chemicals or something else. I have not, in the last year I had my car, ever spilled anything in my car. ESPECIALLY not chemicals. I was quoted 1500 and was told adamantly that no promises could be made that this would actually solve the issue, as they wouldn’t know what’s actually wrong until this transfer case got fixed. It’s worth noting that I have not driven my vehicle in around 3 weeks because it’s been in and out of different mechanics trying to find the cause of my problem. None of these other reputable professionals said ANYTHING about a spill or leak or anything of the sort. So I found it very strange that suddenly there’s an issue with a chemical spill in the car on to the transfer case. I consulted 2 different establishments over the phone both of which said that while the price sounded reasonable, that the fact that a spill was to blame did not sound right at all. So with this information, I head over to the dealership to check it out and see what they were referring to. The employee I had spoken with on the phone let me know that it was fine to do this. Upon arrival I walked in and I had to wait for 20+ minutes because there was only one employee, someone on hold, and me and one other customer physically there. I asked if I could see the car, and still had to wait. Eventually the person behind the counter let me know that ‘it was my car, I can go look at it if I want’ and told me to go lift the panel up on the drivers side and I would be able to see if I used a flash light. So I go over and look and don’t see anything but eventually feel around, stick a napkin down and realize there’s a small amount of water on the paper towel. (I smelled it and had my hands in it, it was water) and went back in to speak with the employee behind the counter. When explaining to him that I was really confused because there’s no chemicals, he decided to accompany me. He honestly just seemed really under qualified and out of his element. He opened the wrong door, and even I with absolutely no experience knew where to access the panel. When explaining my hesitation and distrust because of the phone conversation not being accurate to what I physically saw, I asked if I could speak to a manager. I was told no managers were present, and the tech who worked on the car had left as well. This employee told me that talking to him was ‘the closest I’m going to get to a a manager’. This employee was extremely argumentative with me and continued to interrupt me. I then stated that the BBB rating was very bad, which was only adding to my distrust. This employee than explained that all management that worked there 6+ months ago were scam aritsits and they are the reason the bbb rating is so low. I feel like he self reported that when I bought my car (1 year ago) there were people in management who were not operating on good moral grounds. I’m extremely disappointed, I’ve had nothing but issues with the car since I bought it. And I honestly regret purchasing it at all. My family highly recommends this dealership and my car is the 4th or 5th that has been purchased from here by someone in my immediate family. I strongly encourage everyone to take their money elsewhere, I wouldn’t buy a car from here or use their service department. My family and I will be taking our money elsewhere in the future. More

Service is standard and normal from what you would expect from a dealership. I would’ve provided a 5 star review but my tire was swapped out due the inconvenience the dealership caused by the dealership. The from a dealership. I would’ve provided a 5 star review but my tire was swapped out due the inconvenience the dealership caused by the dealership. They went out their way instead of pulling the nail out my tire and plugging it they completely gave me a used tire which my old tire lasted 2 weeks or more before loosing air . As soon as I got home this new used tire was completely flat when I woke up caused me another 100 bucks to fix More
