Well I have a 2020 charger took my car there to get repaired was told they fixed it and still had the check engine light come on due to Evap small leak I was reading on it it say it’s the fuel neck so repaired was told they fixed it and still had the check engine light come on due to Evap small leak I was reading on it it say it’s the fuel neck so now I have to figure out how or when can it get fixed cause it not letting my car remote start a and it also making wired sounds from the rear suspension and this car I got like 3 weeks ago used but I never had a problem with any car I have bought from this dealer always got into a super clean and running super good idk what happen with the widebody but hope they can fix it for me More
Frank the manager of the body shop continuously lied to me throughout the process of my insurance claim and truck repair. He never bothered with insurance company or took care of things. The very few thing me throughout the process of my insurance claim and truck repair. He never bothered with insurance company or took care of things. The very few things that did get done, only got accomplished if/ when I got done speaking with the regional manager with the insurance company because Frank wasnt making calls to the right people nor submitting the claims. I had to have the Ins. Co. contact him all the time and make calls and do the stuff he was supposed to be doing. I had to go back for my truck twice for the body work/ insurance claim that wasn't done and then a third time to get something fixed that they broke while it was there for the claims. Each time I left work early and lost wages. He failed to even put the auto claims in for damages done from the accident after i came back a second time upset and did a walk around with him. . Not only once but twice. It was never finished even after two months. I was so upset that I took my truck before it was finished as he continued to lie and I was disgusted. He committed fraud as he submitted a claim to the insurance company after calling me and telling he was replacing a bad fuel pump. I told him it wasn't a bad fuel pump and that it was a fuel level sensor and regardless if the entire unit had to be replaced that it wasn't accident related and that I had that problem prior. I told him I just wanted the repairs done from the accident that he failed to fix after two months of having the truck; and I was upset he was fixing things unrelated when he wasnt submitting the things from the accident that I wanted done and pointed out to him. Spray painted my rims and painted three inches outside of the rims into my tires all the way around the rim. Just crazy!?!?! Horrible craftsmanship. Nate (service manager) had witnessed the truck repairs that were never done as I showed him and made aware of everything and he did his best to try to help me even though it wasn't his department. He knows what happened and tried to help me the best he could.. He was great so and I dont hold anything against the actual service department, just the body shop manager. I bought this truck from Mt Ephraim Dodge new in 2015. I had a couple accidents and Ernie "RIP" was outstanding and was the reason I brought it back as I had no idea he had passed. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to Mt. Ephraim Dodge in the future and I will be telling people about my experience as I don't want anyone to have to go through all that I had to go through. The list is long but I didnt have the time to write anymore. More
