My vehicle was in service for two months When I received it back and got a chance to get acquainted again I noticed over spray on my sunroof and windshield roof paint on my rims paint dust on received it back and got a chance to get acquainted again I noticed over spray on my sunroof and windshield roof paint on my rims paint dust on my interior I tried vacuuming it out not.... I spoke with frank he mentioned dropping it off one morning... Well that's an inconvenience for me I work in pa how am I supposed to get back and forth .. For the length of time my car was there you would think there would be no issues.. I would never have released a vehicle in that condition SMH... I chose Dodge dealership to repair my vehicle rather than anyone else.. I'm regretting that now.. More

The manager told me I had $8000 worth of work that needed to be done to my car. He was incorrect about my coolant being contaminated and about my oil change needing to be done. He had my car from 7:30am unti to be done to my car. He was incorrect about my coolant being contaminated and about my oil change needing to be done. He had my car from 7:30am until 5:45pm. Left me on hold on the phone for 30 minutes and when I came to pick up my car he couldn’t find my paper work. He then proceeded to yell at the other workers that were under him because he lost my paperwork that he told me over the phone that he was typing up for me. I would never go back there because of him. More
