Been driving with the car for more than seven months when I first purchased the car I told him the check engine light came on one weeks later so I called and I told him what was the issue it was coming up as I first purchased the car I told him the check engine light came on one weeks later so I called and I told him what was the issue it was coming up as a Evap leak I found out because I had a scanner so I cleared it and drove it for another week. The light came back on said slow evap leak. So I called them to get it fixed because I didn’t have the car for not even two weeks and now I am going on seven months. I still haven’t got a call and say hey Can bring your car in so we can get the problem fixed and this was when it had bumper-to-bumper warranty, so now they giving me the runaround. Keep saying the part is in back order and is only a hose and that the bumper-to-bumper doesn’t cover enough to get the job done so this is not cool until they don’t fix my car. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there so now because my check engine light is on I cannot use the Remote Start so every cold day I have to start it up myself outside manually More

They said they needed to tighten up a few loose screws I know dealerships are traditionally a bit more expensive but this was shameful. I have purchased 2 vehicles from mt Ephraim dodge in the past few years. I will never take my truck back for service and I will likely never purchase another vehicle from mt Ephraim dodge again. More
