Set an appointment for 8am Saturday at open, believing they would be ready to take me at 8am as agreed. I did not actually speak to anyone until 8:20, was told there were not enough people set for intake they would be ready to take me at 8am as agreed. Required work was to evaluate some poor service work from another center, and for what I paid I got virtually no documented info. Greasy hand print on the driver fender when I picked up my truck. I did receive a coupon discount (so I was told) for the oil change, however while I was there I made an appointment for the next week to dr my truck.
