Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge - Service Center

I hate this dealer. I will never purchase or have any vehicle serviced here ever again. (1) I pretty much got pressured into leasing a vehicle. My fault I caved. (2). Later that year I decided I wanted t vehicle serviced here ever again. (1) I pretty much got pressured into leasing a vehicle. My fault I caved. (2). Later that year I decided I wanted to start a hauling business and they had a used dually. So I went to try and get out of the lease and to buy the dually nope non can do. Ok well I still need the truck got approved but there was some issues with the truck. It needed tires all 6 of them and need a service. Sales lady came out and hey my manager we will do the tires and do a fuel service but let's get everything sign so everything is ready ok great. Spent the next weeks and a half fighting over the tires and and alignment that was suppose to be done. Finally get the truck. A couple of days later I noticed my steering wheel keep getting further and further out of alignment. Well come to find out they never tightened the bracket that held the tie rods in place so front tires are ruined and now had to pay for another alignment. So fast forward a little bit couple of months. I have a very bad shake in the truck. I take it to my mechanic and turns out the driveshaft is about to come off do to the u-joints being bad. So I take it to the dealer because of the warranty. The warranty will cover the ujoints and the seal great but this dealer being a rip off that they are they wont just replace the u-joint they want to replace the entire driveshaft so now the warranty company says no. Well guess what found a mechanic that will change just the u-joints and it wont even cost me a quarter of what that $1600 drive shaft costs. My point here is go to an outside mechanic and most of them will work with your warranty company. I'll never go back to this place again More
