First, this is little long so please read to the end. When you first step into this dealership you feel a little small, but they are quick to welcome you and make you feel right at home. Between me and my family we have bought 5 cars from here and we will be always going back. (After the first car, the time spent there for a buy is less and less....they already know me lol) Alex and Dean are right there to help you with any final touches and to let you know if your eyes are bigger then your pocket :). Albert Novelli is a great guy who you can contact about anything from buying a car there to helping you with an issue that needs service work. He will get you rolling fast. Bob Peters is an awesome guy to talk to and hang with when your doing the waiting for the paper work to be reviewed. Anthony Castrataro is the guy to hang with when your outside looking around, he is funny and makes you feel like the wait there is not so bad. "The Service Department" AWESOME.....Jared Katz, great guy ***In my Trump voice with my thumb up*** He is a nice guy to talk to, very helpful, don't be afraid of the look, its just him waiting for you too talk to him. :) Joe Giunta.......good old Joe......he will tell you no lies......if your car is no good, its no good. He goes the extra mile to make sure your happy weather you like it or not, he will do his best. Thanks Joe. Last but not least, Frank Novelli for all your support in getting all my cars financed and at the right price and bank I want thanks Frank, thank you Debbie Green for handling my paper work and getting the refunds owed to me and also calling me to wish me a happy birthday you rock and Linn who always answers the phone oh so nice and puts up with my funny attitude when she answers....I always mess with her, but its all in fun and she is always very nice never rude. Ignored Since September Went there in September because my car that was less than one year old had foggy splotches all over the paint throughout the car. Ernie told me those panels had to be repainted and took photos and supposedly submitted a claim. It is now the end of February and I have yet to hear anything from them. I was able to get the marks out with a professional detail, but no thanks to them or concern of theirs. I never heard anything back saying yes we will fix it or no we will not. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was rude and appeared uninterested and bothered from the beginning. More
No parts available for repair?? I callled the service department on February 5th and scheduled an appointment for a warranty repair on February 15th. I told the staff member what I needed done and she advised me of some things I needed to do so the van would be ready for the service. So I get there at 8 am and Joe Guinea tells me he will need to check to see if they have the parts. Excuse me, check for parts for an appointment I made 10 days ago? So I wait; and guess what...no parts! 10 days is plenty of time to order the necessary parts. Now I understand people make mistakes, but he didn't even apologize! He just plainly told me he would call when the parts come in. At least make an attempt to offer an apology on behalf of the company! Highly disappointed in this service department! More

Joe Giunta Super Service Guy I've been taking my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country to Mt. Ephraim Chrysler, Dodge Ram, since I purchased it on New Year's EVE, 2010. I've worked with I've been taking my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country to Mt. Ephraim Chrysler, Dodge Ram, since I purchased it on New Year's EVE, 2010. I've worked with Joe Giunta and his staff since my very first scheduled service. Going to Joe is kike going to a private mechanic, but with the benefit of having a trained Chrysler trained staff with the know-how to handle my service needs. He remembers my name and my van and makes sure I'm always up to spec. My wife, Nancy, is handicapped, which is why we purchased the T&C, Joe understands my concerns and I always feel confident when I drive my car out of Mt.Ephraim's lot. I always get a ride to or from the dealership. This visit the van was tied up and Joe sent a really great driver Roberto to pick me up in a Dodge Challenger! Roberto is a very knowledgeable young man and had a great conversation on the way back to the dealership. It's the little and the big things combined that make working with Joe and the staff at Mt. Ephraim such a great experience. I give Joe and his staff solid 10's across the board. More
