Set an appointment for 8am Saturday at open, believing they would be ready to take me at 8am as agreed. I did not actually speak to anyone until 8:20, was told there were not enough people set for intake they would be ready to take me at 8am as agreed. Required work was to evaluate some poor service work from another center, and for what I paid I got virtually no documented info. For all I know, my vehicle was just held for 5 hours and then they called me. The lack of proof of work/documentation is astounding. More
