Mt. Ephraim Dodge service would not honor a Mopar oil change/tire rotation service contract purchased from another dealership. Took Caravan in for 1-hour diagnostic. Couldn’t figure out specific problem due to specific codes that came up. Service manager told me that my personal mechanic could call if he had any questions about t out specific problem due to specific codes that came up. I am sorry to leave a so low feedback ratings for my recent vehicle repair experience. Read this as a honest evaluation rather than just unhappy complaint. 1. I left our pickup track for body work whi recent vehicle repair experience. Read this as a honest evaluation rather than just unhappy complaint. 1. I left our pickup track for body work which took a long time to complete, with mediocre results. Upon picking it up (after many redoes) my battery was dead. I am not talking about needing a charge. They where keeping it so long that battery got discharged, and since it is not a deep discharge battery it went bad. I heard " you do not expect me to go outside and start your vehicle every week, to keep your battery in good condition." So what is the alternative? They expected me to drive 50 min. one way to start my car, in order to keep it in good condition? I was forced to purchase a new battery in the end. This is not the end of the story. Since batt. was dead my track went all the way down on its air suspension, and was standing like that for weeks, which caused failure to air suspension system. 2. Thinking that I am in good hands (track has lifetime warranty from Mopar) I brought it back for repair again, this time to repair shop. I have learnt that I have to pay copay of $200! Previously they have waved this fee (disappearing copay). This time however they insisted on paying. Fine! Than I have had to sign off almost $300 evaluation fee charge, just in case that warranty doesn't cover the repair. After couple of days I have received a phone call saying that they cannot repair my track because they do not have diagnostic equipment. How they are authorized as Chrysler repair shop if they lack of tools? Now let me point out that we have purchased 8 Dodge vehicles for our fleet. I have 2 different Chrysler dealerships closer then Mt. Ephraim. Yet I have decided to bring it to them, since I wanted to be loyal customer. That how they treat returning customer. They have no loyalty what so ever. I am taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for reading my review. I am disappointed, and sad rather than angry.
