They were kind and helpful, didn't make you feel like they were scamming or coming up with ridiculous prices. I've had service experience at the Burlington, Turnesville and Cherry Hill(the worst ever, I never recommended that location to anyone). I would love to continue scheduling at Mt. Ephraim dodge. I've even spoken friends and family about my experience at this loctaiom versus my experience at the others. I wouldn't recommend the other locations to anyone, they overcharge for services and the car still has issues. My car is driving a lot smoother and the rattling stopped More

My reasoning for a 1 star review is because the system will not let you give 0 stars. The service manager is a rude individual, who on multiple occasions has given me an attitude too. And the workmanship will not let you give 0 stars. The service manager is a rude individual, who on multiple occasions has given me an attitude too. And the workmanship has gone downhill since Brian left. On a monthly basis, my wife and I bring our vehicles to this location for maintenance and to repair anything that needs to be repaired. We spend $500 at the bare minimum monthly, to just be treated like we are. Sorry, taking my business to another dealership. More
