This dealership is an absolute disgrace—a ghetto xxxx hole masquerading as a legitimate business. I went in to look at a truck and requested an appraisal on my trade-in. Their so-called “offer” was beyon hole masquerading as a legitimate business. I went in to look at a truck and requested an appraisal on my trade-in. Their so-called “offer” was beyond insulting—they claimed I owed more on my vehicle than it was worth. When I declined and made it clear I wasn’t interested, they resorted to borderline extortion tactics, refusing to return my keys in an obvious attempt to strong-arm me into a deal. That level of unprofessionalism is not only pathetic but downright unethical. Once I managed to retrieve my keys, I visited several other dealerships, all of which appraised my vehicle significantly higher. This place is a joke, staffed by dishonest, predatory individuals. I wouldn’t return to that cesspool if it were the last dealership on Earth. Avoid it at all costs. More

Horrible customer service, i was told i was geting my car back on a friday, no one give me a call to say it wouldn’t be sone on friday.
