Set an appointment for 8am Saturday at open, believing they would be ready to take me at 8am as agreed. I did not actually speak to anyone until 8:20, was told there were not enough people set for intake they would be ready to take me at 8am as agreed. I did not actually speak to anyone until 8:20, was told there were not enough people set for intake and then only 1 person available for ride back to home so I had to wait another 25 minutes for him to be done other tasks. Required work was to evaluate some poor service work from another center, and for what I paid I got virtually no documented info. For all I know, my vehicle was just held for 5 hours and then they called me. The lack of proof of work/documentation is astounding. More

The dealership was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very pleasant, not just the sales staff the whole place. Once I had chosen which auto I wanted the whole process went very quickly, the SUV was clean very pleasant, not just the sales staff the whole place.
