When I dropped off my truck in the morning they could not check me in because the internet issues. This was fine and they were super polite. When giving them the information for my reason for my scheduled check me in because the internet issues. This was fine and they were super polite. When giving them the information for my reason for my scheduled appointment ( recall) I said I was looking for information on an oil change and the pricing. Since the computer was down they could provide me with that but said they would follow up when it was up and running. I left the vehicle and walked home. When I received the call that afternoon to pick up my vehicle I was surprised it was finished because no one called me about the oil change and pricing. Upon checking out I was shocked at the pricing and upset because no one ever reached out to let me know. I would have never paid that ridiculous amount for an oil change. I can get the same oil change for around $79 (synthetic) up the street where I normally get it. I was also told I would receive a call back on my concerns and I never received that either. More

Made an appointment on line and dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday morning for the services I selected online. 1 hour after dropping it off I received a call saying that they shouldn't have scheduled me to a Saturday morning for the services I selected online. 1 hour after dropping it off I received a call saying that they shouldn't have scheduled me today and they would let me know in a bit if they could fit me in.
