For my last experience I had with Mt Ephraim Dodge to fix my dash, my radio, and my antenna they did a great job. The service Manager Nate great at understanding my concerns and previous frustration that I my dash, my radio, and my antenna they did a great job. The service Manager Nate great at understanding my concerns and previous frustration that I had and handled my truck with kids gloves; just as I would expect. The car was wiped down and clean when I returned it. A second thanks you to Dean, the General Manager who took the time to listen to my concerns and frustration that I had previously experienced. He listened without interrupting and allowed me to vent about my frustrating experiences that I had previously had in trying to get my problems resolved.
