The customer service was horrible. I use to like coming to this service center. I came in for an oil change added a cabin filter change. It took 2 hours and I was 1st car in. Enticed by an offer for a $50 gift card to visit the showroom, and curious about one of their trucks we has seen online, my son and I visited this dealer last week. We did find a truck that my son liked and agreed on a price pretty quickly, but then spent 5 more hours waiting for paperwork to be done properly. And, even though I had reminded the salesman at least 10 times that I shown him the voucher for the $50 gift card, I never received it. One excuse after another; waiting for a manager to get that for you…. And, after being told the truck was “certified” and, therefore would be warrantied by Chrysler for additional miles beyond manufacturer warranty, we were asked to sign papers stating that the dealership was only responsible for a 30 day warranty. It took 2 hours to make them put something in writing about the “certified” warranty. Honestly, once the salesman shook my son’s hand on a price, the rest of the experience was horrible. We almost walked out at least 5 times after making the deal. Worst car buying experience of my life! More
