Made an appointment on line and dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday morning for the services I selected online. 1 hour after dropping it off I received a call saying that they shouldn't have scheduled me to a Saturday morning for the services I selected online. 1 hour after dropping it off I received a call saying that they shouldn't have scheduled me today and they would let me know in a bit if they could fit me in. I picked it up at closing time. Nothing had been done and he worked up a 3,000 wish list of items. Lol. Need less to say I will not ever buy another vehicle or use the service department. More
