The manager told me I had $8000 worth of work that needed to be done to my car. He was incorrect about my coolant being contaminated and about my oil change needing to be done. Left me on hold on the phone for 30 minutes and when I came to pick up my car he couldn’t find my paper work. He then proceeded to yell at the other workers that were under him because he lost my paperwork that he told me over the phone that he was typing up for me. When I dropped off my truck in the morning they could not check me in because the internet issues. This was fine and they were super polite. When giving them the information for my reason for my scheduled check me in because the internet issues. This was fine and they were super polite. Since the computer was down they could provide me with that but said they would follow up when it was up and running. I left the vehicle and walked home. When I received the call that afternoon to pick up my vehicle I was surprised it was finished because no one called me about the oil change and pricing. Upon checking out I was shocked at the pricing and upset because no one ever reached out to let me know. I would have never paid that ridiculous amount for an oil change. I can get the same oil change for around $79 (synthetic) up the street where I normally get it. I was also told I would receive a call back on my concerns and I never received that either. More
