Can I give 6 stars?? Three years ago, I went to Mt. Ephraim Dodge to get my a car; so, I decided to look online at the used inventory Monday. (Obviously I had a good first experience since I went back, right.) Online they had the EXACT car I wanted. I sent an email and I was contacted no less than 2 minutes later. I went over and Joe Fab was aaawwwweeeesssooommmeee!! I was already sold on the car and he did a great job to make sure I left happy.....and with a new car. As the kids say his customer service was in fleek!! He was professional, personable, and funny. He didn't make me feel like just another sale he needed.
