He did not make me or my father feel like just another sale. He worked hard to work within our means to get a car that day. I can't say enough nice things about Chris. Rich DIDN'T do what all other salesman did to us- tell us what we want to hear, only to run our credit and be turned away. He was honest and to-the-point yet very down to earth and easy to talk to. He assured us that this dealership was really about HELPING their customers. Even after a few mistakes on my end with filling out the application, he was very patient (after getting in a few jokes of course).
