AMAZING customer service I walked in with my brother at 4:00 to finish the deal on his truck he picked out the night before, and walked away buying a brand new 2016 Ram Big Ho I walked in with my brother at 4:00 to finish the deal on his truck he picked out the night before, and walked away buying a brand new 2016 Ram Big Horn edition. Alex the General Manager made sure that not only my truck was finished and ready to go before they closed but my brother and I both rode off the lot that night with two brand new trucks. He told me that they could put on my running boards in the morning. I received a phone call the next morning from Albert the Sales Manager that they were ready for me to drop my truck off. After I picked up my truck Alex called me personally to check on the service and to make sure that I was happy with my end result. I then received another phone call from John the Salesman to schedule the appointment to get my bed liner sprayed. And I got put first on the list for that morning. I cannot say enough about the whole sales team, they were phenomenal! On top of the amazing customer service I received I also got a great deal! I will definitely be recommending Alex and the guys at Mt. Ephraim Dodge to everyone! More

I posted something about what happened. But from someone telling me "Not to sweat it" and a sales manager screaming at me over the phone I will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. The mistake was on their end they got my registration and certificate of title filed under my current address and my loan under my old address that I haven't lived in in 2 years. They found out the problem when it was too late. I bought a car from them before and paid the car off it was mine at the time of trade. I had no problem making the payments and when I hadn't received anything from them I kept calling and was told not to worry they will get to you in July. Well that didn't happen and just to get someone on the phone after the deal is done is terrible. I don't see the sales rep on the list his name was Shannon but the manager that screamed at me is listed. More
