All of which were rude, condescending, and treated me as though I was incompetent. I am an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force and am a very competent mechanic at that, therefore to be treated so poorly by these sales men led me to a piss poor experience. If I could rate this dealership with a negative amount of stars I would because they don't even deserve the one required by Yelp. I walked out in tears after the withheld my keys from me until they had said whatever it was they wanted. Please, from one decent human being, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. If you don't want to lease then don't bother because as soon as you tell them no, they stop trying. 6 hours of my life have been wasted and I will be sure to be in contact with the individual who owns this dealership to make sure they are aware of how shady and inept his sales men are. He treated me like family and took the time to answer all my questions and was truly interested in getting me the right vehicle and price that I wanted. It became apparent that he treats all of his customers with the same care when while I was working with him, another one of his customers called him and he treated them with the same respect and care that he was treating me with. On top of the quality treatment I received, thanks to Dennis and his team, I believe I received the best deal on my new truck. Mt.
