Ok until the deal was made Went in to buy a Dodge but ended up liking the Chrysler better. Bobby the salesman was fine, took his time with us on the test drive etc. Once we dec Went in to buy a Dodge but ended up liking the Chrysler better. Bobby the salesman was fine, took his time with us on the test drive etc. Once we decided what car we wanted, (didn't take but 30 min.) it was time to talk turkey. I understand the dealer's job is to try and get as much for the car as they can, but who tries to sell a minivan $1900 OVER MSRP. Seriously? Did I look that dumb? It took longer to come to an agreement on a price then it did to pick out the car. Once a check was written, we were told that the office was closed and we could only do half the paperwork that night. They sent me home in a new car with no proof of ownership and only half the papers signed. I would have to return the following day to complete the paperwork and have the GPS turned on. (Never heard of that before) Our delivery consisted of here is your key, drive carful. I think they ran some water over the car. Maybe dried it? Most of the prtective plastic was on. And then once we drove away I noticed we had about enough gas to get to the nearest gas station. When I mentioned this the next day when we had to go back and finish the paperwork and turn on the GPS(took about an hour for the GPS to be turned on) my answer from the sales manager was, i took care of you enough. Nice. The more I think about the experance with this dealer, the more disappointed I am in my experance. Guess this was my first and last time here. More

When I went to the car lot I saw that it was a lot more money. Once I talked to Joseph Fabrizzio and he stated that they always honor the online price I knew this was the place to buy from. Joseph Fabrizzio really works his magic with the price by lowering it anyway possible to make you feel more comfortable about your purchase. This buy wasn't like going to a car dealership. I can honestly say it was like buying a car off of a good friend. I will definitely be a returning customer. More

A bit better than most I would recommend as better than some I have dealt, not insulting. Did not like was they use "Auto check" a non-detailed cheap version of CAR FAX, and would not get me a CAR FAX as other dealers have for 35.00 Made me suspicious when I looked on-line. I think NJ dealers are required to ensure at least 5/32 on the brakes so if true why not just say that. No owners manual and one key. So just tell me "I checked you can get an owners manual for $45.00 on ebay and the key fobs are $10.00, so the price I just gave you 9,700 I'll take off another $55.00" Would have gone a long way psychologically with many that this is an up front honest dealer not hiding stuff I have to find out later. Had to ask one question 3 times on what was my actual buy price, finally saw on bill of sale that had to be provided. . More
