I have mixed reviews Our salesman was Stanley and Chris Monaghan did our paperwork. Initial experience was great! Stan got us out of our minivan we bought from there 2 years ago that had numerous issues. That was on 2/5/18. We were called back in due to an error on your part with signing paperwork. It’s an exactly convenient to come into this dealership from my home. Now, it’s 3/7/18 and my old loan still isn’t paid off and since the payment was due a week ago we now have our first ever late payment mark with Capital One. Plus, I still don’t have my tags and my temp tag is expired. Our calls have gone unanswered. I would probably recommend this dealership but it wouldn’t be my first choice. After this, it’s unlikely I’ll ever do business here again. More

Haggling is actually a waste of time because they give you their best price up front and dare other dealers to beat it. I've purchased many cars over my life and it just doesn't get better than this. If there is any problem, they are extremely up front and get anything you need addressed in a timely manner. Truly a rare accomplishment for a car buying experience. More

Why did i shop here ! Was the sloppiest car deal i ever made . Mike didn't know what he was doing and made so many mistakes i should have known to run at that time but... They let me take the car i was looking at home and i fell in love with it . 2016 Dodge Challenger RT Plus . Being 2 years old even though new was still 2 years old and i should have walked away when told paying almost full price . Sales man did not know what he was doing and it was obvious . Came to pick up plates from trade in and he handed me someones elses plates . Told me when my car was being worked on i would have a car to drive for the couple days it would take but when i got there he says ' I never said that " Umm ya you did or i would have kept MY trade in till everything was done! New cars STILL never detailed like they said it would be. Thanks to the finance guy i didn't loose my xxxx in there and Dean for keeping Mike away from me . More

How long and grueling the process can be. Once we came to an agreement of which didn't take as long as it could have Mr. Roustas proceeded to call my insurance company to transfer insurance, removed the license plates from my trade in and put the temp tag on the new car before I saw the paperwork. When I questioned him he simply said "we made the deal, you got exactly what you wanted I wouldn't lie to you" and he was right, the paperwork reflected exactly what we had agreed upon. As for signing the paperwork I have never went through that process faster than I did at this dealership. I would definitely refer others and come back myself for another purchase when the time arises. More
