The waiting game They make you wait for everything. You spend so much time waiting it almost forces you to take whatever deal they give you. I went in with my own financing lined up and they had complete disregard for it. When I call them to go in and buy the car in advance it still took 2 hrs to get out the door. My advice is to see everything on paper before you sign anything. More

Came to just look but bought a van We stopped in at Mt. Ephraim Dodge on February 9, 2019 to price vans. We had been without our old van since November and were trying to find another o We stopped in at Mt. Ephraim Dodge on February 9, 2019 to price vans. We had been without our old van since November and were trying to find another one and not blow our budget. Ed Heisler was our salesman and couldn't have been more helpful. He showed us some new vans and SUVS which were great but once he figured out that the payments were going to be a little steep for us he found us a 2016 Dodge Caravan that was on the lot. The payments fit our budget and we loved the van! We bought it! We stopped in just to look but we were able to drive home in a new-to-us van a few hours later. We appreciate that Ed listened to what we needed and could afford and found the best deal for us. He was never pushy during the visit which was greatly appreciated. We will continue to use Ed Heisler for all of our future car needs. More
