Dishonest at best. I went to Mount Ephraim Dodge to buy an all wheel drive Dodge Durango. I sat with the salesman for approximately an hour and a half. During that time I went to Mount Ephraim Dodge to buy an all wheel drive Dodge Durango. I sat with the salesman for approximately an hour and a half. During that time we discussed why I needed a all wheel drive vehicle. I told him I spent my weekends in Vermont in the winter skiing. I told him I did not need to test drive a Durango since I already had own two. After about an hour and a half they said they could make the finances work. At that moment I received a call that my wife had been rushed to the hospital for the second time in 5 days. I told them I had to leave now. And they insisted they bring around a car and that I take it and come back and sign the rest of the papers tomorrow. While waiting for my tags to come in I noticed the temporary registration said rear wheel drive. I return to the dealer and spoke to Justin. He told me he would get it straightened out. I had no reason to not believe him. I called him back a few days later and he said he was working on it. I called him again 2 Days Later and he said he would get back to me. He called me at the end of the day and told me there was nothing he could do. At first I believed it was a honest mistake that they brought around the wrong car. But I now believe it was intentional. I was there attempting purchasing this vehicle with my one year old son and Mike and his fellow employees made me feel at home and not once did I feel pressured. Within an hour the deal was done and I walked out of the dealership with a brand new Ram 1500. This was my 4th dealership that I visited and I knew from the start this is were I was buying. Mike Sannutti and his Manager I believe his name was Dean we're top notch!! Highly recommend this dealership! Thanks again More

I had purchased a brand new challenger, right from the moment i stepped into the dealership I was conned and only realized when i left the lot after making the purchase. The numbers i negotiated and they confirmed was not the price i paid, When asked regarding this, they just cornered me and told all xxxx and bull stories. The car was filthy, dust everywhere - only realized next morning. They don't even have the courtesy to fill the gas in, the gas was empty. I went back to the dealership two times addressing this issue, but no one cares. I try to call them, and yes they treat and talk to me in a very ill manner. Sales Manager had tried to help me, but that was only a car wash, for which i had to drive for an hour and half. The sales guy who sold me the car answers the call and behaves as if he doesn't know me at all. Hahaha these guys are just having fun by ripping me off. When ever i drive this car, i feel so cheated and bad, but its the car i bought it out of the liking. The best part is, i complained to Dodge regarding all this about dealership and they don't even care too and would only offer me an apology because all the dealerships are privately owned. Please do not visit this dealership. More

It took us following up over 40 days for them to return car and they still didn't pay GM the $900.00 for the final 3 payments. Now, we have been reported to credit bureau's for delinquent payment. I call, email and even sent 1st class letter to GM with no response. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer. More

He ordered the wrong truck and then tried to blame it on me. Wouldn't return my texts or messages. When I went to fill out paperwork, it had the wrong VIN#'s on them. Finally, when I went back to get my tags, I was charged $200 for a luxury tax that nobody told me about. When I asked about it, I was given sarcasm and defensive attitude by the sales manager. I've bought 3 vehicles from this dealership but I won't be buying a 4th. It's a shame that a dealership in my hometown would treat me, or anyone, this way. Very disappointed! More
