Oil Change Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Would have liked to be in and out quicker as compared to Jiffy Lube. Waiting room was clean and I was offered coffee. I tried to schedule my appointment online, however the new update to the website made it extremely confusing and difficult. There are way too many options such as 4k, 8k, etc. that just doesn't mean anything to me as a customer. I just wanted to select "oil change" and use the coupon I printed out from the website. More

The entire check-in process was simple and fast. Almost 30 minutes later I was on my way home. The repair was done right the first time. Very happy with the service department and their customer service. More

Minimal contact purchase due to Covid-19. Picked vehicle out online and handled purchase via telephone until going in to sign. Have driven a new Dodge Durango so did not test drive vehicle. Even minor issues found after delivery do not appear to be of concern or importance to this dealer. Paperwork was rushed and signed fast, and looking over it later, realized not all things were as discussed and expected. Attentive before sale and at the time of sale, but after, not so much. Warranty repair after, was told it would take 1 day and it took 6 days. Did not cover rental car total loss insurance coverage of $23.99/day and told me to fight it with corporate. Each day after 4 pm, I had to call them for an update, they never reached out to update me. Probably would not purchase here again. More
It was great they were able to come pick up my minivan for oil change and servicing and drop it back off. I have two kids and with COVID-19 it was too complicated to figure out a way to get the minivan t for oil change and servicing and drop it back off.
