ripped off tcm needed update, recall, possible further diagnostic needed I was told....they did update on TCM ..... ask if I wanted them to investigate furth tcm needed update, recall, possible further diagnostic needed I was told....they did update on TCM ..... ask if I wanted them to investigate further, cost 125...I reluctantly said yes.....went to pickup Cherokee, charged 125 t tax was told I needed to replace TCM before they could investigate any further....why did I pay 125 if they couldn't investigate further because TCM needed to be replaced...also had a bad experience in 2016 with these thieves, spent 4 hours in the showroom waiting for paperwork.....salesman added the 24 month warranty that I told him I didn't want , at cost of 2400.....I must have that look.....I have a fleet of 16 minivans, I told them that, you would think they would try to win me over, CH Dodge no better.....I'll be adding 2 more vans to my fleet in October, guess where I won't be going.
