Total ripoff artists,Rude,Unprofessional I went in to am appointment with Anthony Lag on Saturday.I get there and you don't meet with him, he just gets people in, you deal with whoever is ava I went in to am appointment with Anthony Lag on Saturday.I get there and you don't meet with him, he just gets people in, you deal with whoever is available.Which is wrong because I explained my bad experience with a dealer the day before.Anthiny assured me they don't low ball trades and are very caring.What a joke.Atleast the previous dealer had the decency to apolagize for how we were treated and the lowball numbers that dealer gave was thousands more than these people offered.They refused to show any numbers they only would verbally say ridiculous numbers.Then after over an hour of just nonsense the I termediator they have says $9500 and my car plus tax tags and doc fees.We had enough walked out.Came back and offered to split the difference then they used the 9500 to 10,200 plus my car that was cleaner than their new ones.oh they tried to hide a smashed front bumper from me so we went for a different color..I been buying new cars for 30 years Mt zephyr aim was the worst ,rudest,most unprofessional group I ever dealt with.Had they sat like humans and understood they'd make 4-5 grand selling my mint one owner trade needing no reconditioning, every 3 months they'd make service money and they should of been happy to get a Challeger gone since they still have new 2018s.Sometimes deals can't be made but if you are honest and professional, you can still get a good review.They even tried the old trick saying we got you the payment but it was 84 instead of 60 months.I wish I would of had everyone's name so you all know stay away..
