For one thing I was told by the salesman that they were running a deal a special that if you test drove a vehicle at that time you received a $50 gift card not only did I test drive the vehicle I bought th running a deal a special that if you test drove a vehicle at that time you received a $50 gift card not only did I test drive the vehicle I bought the vehicle I never received the $50 gift card I contacted two salesman the internet salesman and management twice to know avail I've given up on that gift card it was only $50 but it was the principal the matter point number two according to disclosure laws your most you must tell the person buying the vehicle about any accidents I got lucky by looking up on CarGurus saw the Carfax and saw that it was in an accident albeit a minor one I contacted the internet salesman told him what I found a car gurus about the accident and potential damage he denied it saying he had just taken pictures of the vehicle of the day before I let him know I was calling him from the vehicle in there lot pointing out to a salesman in person the damage from the accident I found from Carfax on CarGurus point number three before my truck my truck's first payment is due the truck ends up in the shop not the fault of money from Dodge but I had to get it fixed and I was sent to Cherry Hill Dodge that have that specialty work done Cherry Hill Dodge was very deceptive and turning me like s*** so I felt good to say about them whats the only bright spot was when I went back to now Ephraim Dodge for an oil change the shells are the the service manager name Nate Hale and the mechanic/tech were very professional and great to deal with they try to help me with another problem with the truck that was showing a code violation they tried for a couple hours to fix it without me having an appointment and asked me to come back at a later time a week later and they will try to fix it completely to them I'm very thankfuloever also More

Totally disappointed from this place, I have two vehicles Dodge and one of it was bought brand new from them. I was looking also to buy another one (new), but after my last visiting to this place I change my Dodge and one of it was bought brand new from them.
