Stopped in on a Saturday to look at a new Ram. Salesperson was friendly and sales process was smooth. Had a payoff on my trade in, was able to get a payoff amount over the phone but paperwork co Salesperson was friendly and sales process was smooth. Had a payoff on my trade in, was able to get a payoff amount over the phone but paperwork could not be sent over until Monday. We used a higher payoff amount than actual to give a little cushion, with an agreement that the difference would be refunded immediately upon payoff occurring on Monday. Left feeling very positive about experience. That feeling lasted 2 days. It has been 2 weeks since then, I have called the dealership no less than 4 times and have spoken with at least 5 individuals in the finance and accounting departments, none of which can tell me what the status is of my refund and all of whom have said they would look into it and call me back. I have yet to receive 1 return call. If you are someone who expects to be treated like a valuable customer, run from this place. I will not be back for another vehicle or for service. More

Went in with a 4000 mile oil change postcard I received in the mail. When I got there I advised the man checking me in that I wanted an oil change AND a tire rotation, front 2 tires are worn more than th in the mail. When I got there I advised the man checking me in that I wanted an oil change AND a tire rotation, front 2 tires are worn more than the back two. I am certain I mentioned the tire rotation more than once. After I left I noticed they never did the tire rotation. Very disappointing since I left work early to have my car serviced. Frankly I am surprised they didn’t mention my tires condition when checking me out, because 2 are so worn, I wasn’t charged for the service, so I wasn’t overcharged, irritating that I will have to take more time off of work to have a tire rotation. Not sure where I will take it for service. Thanks. More
