Mt. Ephraim provides an excellent service. We have been using this place for years. Even though it is not the closest one (40 min away). They are quick and efficient, troubleshooting the problem to the source. Their loyalty to customers is truly exceptional. They even waived copay, simply because we have purchased vehicles through their dealership. The last repair process was flawless. Not only they have taken care for mechanical issues, but repaired body damage (from accident) to the perfection. Personnel is very friendly and easy going, always listening and working to accommodate us with our busy schedule. Both managers (John or Frank) are there for years, and they really work with customers towards maintaining long lasting relation. Last thought: For a while we have considered Nissan as a replacement for our aging fleet. After last experience at Mt. Ephraim convinced me otherwise. We are staying with American product. We are going to purchase dodge again. More

Good service. My question is that why do these surveys always focus on those at the bottom of the pyramid and never ask questions about corporate decisions such as features, design, and other things? always focus on those at the bottom of the pyramid and never ask questions about corporate decisions such as features, design, and other things?
