Oil Change Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Would have liked to be in and out quicker as compared to Jiffy Lube. Waiting room was clean and I was offered coffee. I tried to schedule my appointment online, however the new update to the website made it extremely confusing and difficult. There are way too many options such as 4k, 8k, etc. that just doesn't mean anything to me as a customer. I just wanted to select "oil change" and use the coupon I printed out from the website. More

Always great service I damaged my car hitting a large puddle on the highway during a rainstorm. I made an appointment for 8 am the following morning, and was greeted immed I damaged my car hitting a large puddle on the highway during a rainstorm. I made an appointment for 8 am the following morning, and was greeted immediately as I arrived. The car was visually inspected and I was explained in detail the procedures. The entire check-in process was simple and fast. Almost 30 minutes later I was on my way home. The repair was done right the first time.
