Absolutely horrible. Was told one thing over the phone and then I drive two hours to the dealership and am told a completely different story. Was also told the car was sold when we got there and then they and then I drive two hours to the dealership and am told a completely different story. My salesperson Brian was very pleasant to deal with. His sales manager on the other hand I was perturbed with. He did Shady business practices. The ad listed that nowhere and as a businessman I could have easily shot him down for raising the price from what the ad was but I didn't want Brian to lose out on his deal by me walking out. I was disappointed when the service advisor told me I needed my throttle cleaned and I had it cleaned the month before, by the same Chrysler garage. I told him that I had it done by them, and he looked i needed my throttle cleaned and I had it cleaned the month before, by the same Chrysler garage. I told him that I had it done by them, and he looked it up on the computer and verified it had been cleaned, but said it was still dirty. Then he told me I needed spark plugs and several other things but I didn’t want to continue service with a garage I can’t trust. I have had Chrysler cars for many years and always had service done in Chrysler dealer garages. And I have always been pleased with their service. The garage I was dealing with is Mt.
