I scheduled a 90000 miles check up. Requested air filter be change, tires checked and rotated, oil change and mulitipoint check. I was ok with the $202 charge. I picked up vehicle only Requested air filter be change, tires checked and rotated, oil change and mulitipoint check. I was ok with the $202 charge. I picked up vehicle only thing done was multipoint check and oil change. I’m glad it was only $74 but I requested other services be completed that were not. Now to schedule another appointment to get these done is a nuisance. More

First I would like to thank Devon and John on their excellent customer service. And also their technicians. I’ve been struggling with the problems with my Durango for years and went to 3 other Dodge De excellent customer service. And also their technicians.
