READ YOUR PAPERWORK! I leased a new vehicle. The paperwork did not reflect the price they had quoted me for my trade in ( 1,0000 less ). The sales manager ( Tim Doss) first denied the amount that w paperwork did not reflect the price they had quoted me for my trade in ( 1,0000 less ). The sales manager ( Tim Doss) first denied the amount that we agreed on ( Luckily, I had a friend along as a witness to what happened)Then he changed his story and said that they put in the wrong amount for my trade, but it would still work out the same. I wanted new paperwork to reflect this change. When I went back to sign the new papers, they offered to immediately shred my old paperwork...Glad I did not let them do it! When I compared the old papers with the new papers, they increased the price of leasing the car by $1,000 to compensate for the $1,000 more down with my trade. I told them that I am not that stupid! Tim then wrote out a check to me for the difference. Also, I was told that I could bring my vehicle over any time to get it washed. Well, I was going to take advantage of it today...I was told that they could not do it because it was too cold ( Temp was 39 degrees outside) I guess they don't wash any cars in the winter! More

Payed over 16,000.00 for used Hummer...Said if you need any thing just call,on the way home with Hummer we found a problem...we were only given one key & one remote, which we found didnt work, called them any thing just call,on the way home with Hummer we found a problem...we were only given one key & one remote, which we found didnt work, called them the next day, said hey wouldnt help,went to local delearship said it wasnt even the right one...they still wouldnt help COST US 113.00 to get one, after paying over 16,000.00 they didnt know us after we were out the door....!!!!!!
