When the Moyer name took over, I took my Nissan Frontier for an oil change. When complete, I got the complimentary car wash. My truck came out mostly dry, and the the car wash severely scratched the entire for an oil change. When complete, I got the complimentary car wash. My truck came out mostly dry, and the the car wash severely scratched the entire truck! I had a GASH on the left quarter panel and scratched all over the hood, quarter panels, and roof! Deny, deny, deny! They said they never heard of this happening before (though it is common with places that respect their customers’ vehicles) and offered a free detailing. The gash was through the paint and the estimate was over $1,200! They refused the entire time. This place is a joke and I did go to the BBB, but Covid ruined that! The service department and manager are jokes! More

My first experience with the new management. I took my Frontier to get inspected at the Lebanon location. Pedro called me to say the front ball joint was a "little" loose and needed replaced for inspectio Frontier to get inspected at the Lebanon location. Pedro called me to say the front ball joint was a "little" loose and needed replaced for inspection along with a "long" list of "nit-picky" stuff. Like $30 to replace a clamp, $10 to rotate tires, etc. I reluctantly said okay to the ball joint replacement and a wheel alignment. (Bill of $550) Then Pedro called back and said we made a mistake, you also need a front brake job and a rear brake job. Total cost was now going to be $1250. At that point I said "forget it, put my truck back together and I'll take it someplace else". I had free inspection because I bought the truck there when it was McGuire's Nissan. When I picked up my truck they charged me $44 for an emission test. Now my truck has an old inspection sticker and a new emission sticker. I'm sure the next garage will ask about it. This dealership has sure gone down hill since Moyer Nissan took over. It looks like they lost this customer. More
