She took her time in fully explaining all the paperwork I had to sign & answering all my questions about the car loan I applied for, she went into detail with everything for me. Terry Dinger was awesome, he came outside and in detail showed me everything I need to know about the car and showed me all the cool features to my new car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions! The Internet Manager, Karen Stehman, came out of her office to say hi and introduce herself & congratulated me on my new car. Everyone went above and beyond. I work in customer service so my expectations are high and I can honestly say, everyone that I had an interaction with met those expectations! More

Nothing pushy or fake; I could tell he truly wanted to place us in the vehicle that would best fit our needs and budget. Eisenhauer Nissan had every color option, low mileage vehicle we were pricing online. We found a 2018 in the color my wife liked best with 1500 miles for around $5,000 less than purchasing new. We could not pass it up. The sales office was also great offering free TV, WiFi, sandwiches and drinks. At least two sales reps made attempts to entertain our 9 year old granddaughter while I was signing paperwork which took about 2 hours. This was simply the perfect buying experience. More
